The discipline "Emotional intelligence of specialists in the social sphere" is designed to form in students of higher education an idea about the psychological nature of emotional intelligence, the peculiarities of its development and practical application in professional activity. Studying the course contributes to the formation of emotional and social competencies necessary for the effective performance of professional duties, interaction with clients, prevention of emotional burnout syndrome, preservation of mental health and harmonious integration into the social environment.
